On February 1, 2026, Invite Welcome Connect On Demand will begin using a new access code for churches and dioceses that subscribe.
This is a routine update. Most people will not need to do anything right now.

First, an important clarification
There are two different things involved in accessing Invite Welcome Connect On Demand:
1. Your personal login This is the username and password you created when you set up your account on our website. These do not change.
2. Your church or diocese’s access code This is a shared code connected to your church or diocesan subscription. It is used when you first activate your access, or when you renew it after it expires.
The February 1 update affects only the access code, not your personal login.
What this means for you
If your access is active on February 1, you do not need to do anything.Your access will continue as usual.
If your access ends sometime after February 1, you will need the current access code when you renew your access.
Your church or diocese’s subscription is not being canceled or changed.
How to get the access code when you need itFor security reasons, we do not post access codes publicly.
When you need the current access code, you can:
Contact the person in your church or diocese who manages the Invite Welcome Connect subscription, or
Use the website chat tool labeled “Ask a Question,” located in the lower-right corner of every page.
When using the chat tool, you can simply type:“I am a member of the (name of subscribing church or diocese, including city and state). What is the current access code?”
Need help?
If you’re unsure whether your access is still active, or if something doesn’t work as expected, help is available. You can reply to any Invite Welcome Connect email or use the “Ask a Question” chat tool on the website.
We’re glad you’re here, and we’re grateful for the ways you’re using Invite Welcome Connect On Demand in your ministry.
