This long-standing assessment brings together Invite, Welcome, and Connect in one printable resource. It is designed for vestries, ministry teams, and leaders who want to engage in thoughtful, prayerful conversation.

Our original assessment tool gone digital

With help from Canon Jenni Faires of the Diocese of Southwestern Virginia, we've taken our long-form assessment but translated it into an online Google Form for each of the three ministry essentials (Invite Welcome Connect). These are longer and more comprehensive than the ones edited especially for small congregations, but there are some minor changes from the pdf version.

Use the links below to copy each assessment form into your own Google account. You can then customize it if needed, and share the link with your congregation. Responses are collected automatically for you to review and pray over together.
