Stories have the power to open hearts, build relationships, and make conversations about faith more authentic and welcoming. Some of the stories the church most needs to hear belong to LGBTQIA+ people and to the families who love them.

In this second Storytelling Round Table in our “I Wonder . . .” series, we turn to those voices. Join clergy, lay leaders, and nationally known advocates for an engaging online conversation about what happens when a congregation moves from being quietly welcoming to being clear, public, and joyful about who it is—and about the stories that make that shift possible.

Together we’ll share experiences, learn from one another, and discover practical ways that personal stories can invite deeper conversations and stronger connections in our congregations and communities.
