Invite Welcome Connect On Demand Launches Jan. 1, 2025

Transformative Evangelism, Hospitality, and Belonging Resources Available for All Churches

Beginning January 1, 2025, congregations of every size, location, and resource level will have access to Invite Welcome Connect’s full slate of transformative workshops and training through a convenient and flexible on-demand platform. Subscriptions can be pre-purchased now.

Based on the workshops developed by Invite Welcome Connect Founder Mary Foster Parmer—as outlined in her book of the same name—this new digital offering allows church teams to engage with the ministry’s teachings on Invite, Welcome, and Connect at their own pace. The workshops have been thoughtfully divided into smaller video components to allow congregations to focus where their efforts are needed most, and to bring in new team members at any time. For churches launching this ministry for the first time, the introductory video Are You Ready? provides an accessible starting point.

The ministry, guided by the Gospel imperative to “Go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19), equips individuals and congregations with proven tools for evangelism, hospitality, and fostering belonging. Over the past 14 years, Invite Welcome Connect has helped countless Episcopal churches strengthen their outreach, welcome new members, and connect existing members into deeper community.

"Using God's gifts of creativity in ways that transform lives is at the core of the ministry of Invite Welcome Connect, and adaptability and innovation are in its DNA," said Mary Foster Parmer, founder of Invite Welcome Connect. "We are thrilled with the possibilities for transformation this new online platform can bring to your individual lives and the congregations where you worship and serve."

By offering these resources on demand, we are opening doors for churches to renew and deepen their practices of evangelism, hospitality, and belonging on their own schedule and in their own context.”
