An Introduction to Invite Welcome Connect
An Overview of the Essentials
Filmed pre-pandemic, these videos are the first batch in our new teaching series. The short Introduction video includes scenes from our 4th Annual Invite Welcome Connect Summit at the University of the South, Sewanee. The Overview video is a deeper dive into Invite Welcome Connect and includes the Core Values and Deep Truths of Invite Welcome Connect, along with reflections from clergy and lay leader practitioners.
WHAT THEY'RE SAYING
Invite Welcome Connect is something we as Episcopalians can do. It's a way of evangelism that reflects who we are, that doesn't have us trying to be somebody we aren't, but actually calls us to be exactly who we are in Jesus Christ, and to invite, welcome, and connect others to that life-giving reality.
